Terms and Conditions

Effective: October 8, 2026

These terms apply when you use wcods.com ("WCODS") and enrol in its courses. WCODS is operated by Megahost LLC, 36 South 18th Avenue, Suite D, Brighton, CO 80601, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to use WCODS.

2. Courses and access

When you enrol in a course, free or paid, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it and use its materials for your own learning, for as long as the course is offered on WCODS. You may not share your account, resell, redistribute, record or publish course content. Source code provided with a course may be used in your own projects.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card number.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse WCODS: no attempts to break or overload the site, access other people's accounts, scrape content, or post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in reviews, questions or comments.

6. Your content

Reviews, questions and comments you post remain yours. You allow us to display them on WCODS. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The WCODS name, courses, videos, texts and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Third-party names and trademarks shown in courses belong to their owners.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving courses and may update or retire content. We aim to keep WCODS available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Courses are provided for education. We do not guarantee any particular result, job or income. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using WCODS at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on the site.
